MERJA NIEMI has 20 years of experience as a manager and is currently a trainer, coach and lecturer at Alénius & Partners. Her focus areas are to increase understanding and provide the tools for HOW you can influence results through communication and HOW you can lead yourself and others in your role. She has trained and coached around a hundred managers to increase self-leadership and to become clearer MANAGERS, inspiring LEADERS and responsive and trusting COACHES. Merja is often described as inclusive, inspiring and positive with an energy that is contagious.
