During the evening we serve a carefully composed menu with elements of game such as deer and reindeer. The flavors are combined with seasonal mushrooms, berries and root vegetables in dishes that highlight the best of autumn's pantry.

Reindeer tartare with mushroom emulsion, cranberries, spruce shoots and fried reindeer lichen
Fennel-marinated Arctic char with cream on svedjano cheese, rye bread, fennel and dill
Thyme-roasted deer with celeriac, Wallenberger on deer, stewed morels, cassis and endive
Wild strawberries with almond cake, vanilla ice cream and salted roasted almonds
