Here, seasonal ingredients, often locally produced and organic, meet in a menu where Swedish and French cuisine are united in a natural balance between classic and creative. Around you, Nordic materials, timeless design and subtle elements from the 40s and 50s create a warm and vibrant atmosphere, where art, architecture and the sea outside become a natural part of the experience.
This summer we are serving a generous summer buffet with flavors that belong to the season. Enjoy a wonderful selection of fresh salads, tasty side dishes, homemade bread and grilled specialties straight from the grill. We serve meat, chicken, fish and seasonal vegetables, prepared with care and focus on good ingredients. Sit down on the terrace with a view of the sea and enjoy an atmospheric barbecue evening by the sea.

Welcome to enjoy a classic Midsummer buffet in a summery archipelago setting. On the buffet you will find traditional Midsummer flavors such as herring, new potatoes, Västerbotten pie and other Swedish favorites, along with a selection of grilled specialties and the best seasonal side dishes.
