Here, seasonal ingredients, often locally produced and organic, meet in a menu where Swedish and French cuisine are united in a natural balance between classic and creative. Around you, Nordic materials, timeless design and subtle elements from the 40s and 50s create a warm and vibrant atmosphere, where art, architecture and the sea outside become a natural part of the experience.
This summer we are serving a generous summer buffet with flavors that belong to the season. Enjoy a wonderful selection of fresh salads, tasty side dishes, homemade bread and grilled specialties straight from the grill. We serve meat, chicken, fish and seasonal vegetables, prepared with care and focus on good ingredients. Sit down on the terrace with a view of the sea and enjoy an atmospheric barbecue evening by the sea.

From September 6th we will be serving a generous brunch by the sea every Sunday. Enjoy classic brunch favorites, hot dishes and a sumptuous dessert table. The experience ends in the historic Villa Skärtofta, where dessert is served in a unique turn-of-the-century setting. A Sunday to enjoy with family and friends.
On September 12th we will be serving a generous seafood dinner in our Bistro with a view of the sea. An evening filled with seasonal flavors, a lively atmosphere and wonderful moments to share together. Read more and book your place.
