Together with TaudienTraining, we invite you to two days filled with inspiring training sessions, good food, new acquaintances and time for recovery. Here you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself, find new motivation and at the same time enjoy the sea air and nature at Vår Gård.

Together with TaudienTraining, we invite you to two days filled with inspiring training sessions, good food, new acquaintances and time for recovery. Here you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself, find new motivation and at the same time enjoy the sea air and nature at Vår Gård.
Here you can combine workouts according to your own interests and level. Choose from everything from mobility and fitness to strength, running and high-intensity training. In between workouts, inspiring workshops and lectures await you, providing new perspectives and motivation long after the weekend is over.

9.45 – 10.15 Welcome meeting with Katja & Jenny
10.30 – 11.15 Dance with Katja
Lovely dance class where you are the star. Simple dance steps that are put together into choreography - either song by song or into a longer loop.
10.30 – 11.15 CirkelFys with Jenny
Effective training where you switch between exercises and stations at a high pace. The focus is on sustained strength,
mobility, stability, coordination and balance for the whole body. You adapt the training intensity and easier or more difficult options of the exercises to your own needs.
11.30 – 12.15 Piloxing with Katja
A mix of Pilates, boxing and dance. Powerful boxing combinations, standing Pilates and dance-like movements in a lovely mix.
11.30 – 12.15 HIIT with Jenny
High-intensity training that challenges both strength and endurance. High-tempo interval training to improve your fitness and increase your metabolism both during and after the workout. Sweat guaranteed!
12.15 – 13.15 Lunch
13.30 – 14.15 Workshop with Katja
Katja shares her knowledge about why a strong core from the inside out is a priority and what benefits it brings, both in daily life and for other training. During the workshop you get to try different exercises to really feel that you are finding contact with your core.
2:30 PM – 3:15 PM Core with Jenny
We strengthen the body's core, the important abdominal and back muscles.
14.30 – 15.15 Running training and intervals with Katja
Learn how to run with good technique to get optimal, efficient and energy-efficient running. You get to try different exercises and tips on how you can possibly improve your running style. Perfect for both those who want to start running and those who want to improve your running.
15.30 – 16.30 Yin Yoga with Katja
A class where you can unwind and land in the present. A real boost for both body and soul. Yin yoga is a passive form of yoga where we hold positions for a longer period of time, usually 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga fills you with new energy and calms your mind.
15.30 – 16.30 WOD and stretch with Jenny
Crossfit inspired session where we train through different blocks in time where you choose the intensity yourself. During the class you work both individually and in pairs/groups. Perfect end to the day for those who want to use up the last of their strength and get a challenge.
16.30 – Afternoon coffee and free time
Take a walk or take a cold bath and relax in the sauna

07.30 – 08.15 Freepower with Katja
A class for Heat, Yang and poise. Let explosiveness and power meet softness and stillness in a format where the mix is the charm. With large, straight and outward movements, Freepower is both liberating and energizing for both body and mind - a really cool class!
07.30 – 08.15 PowerTraining with Jenny
“Powerwalk with strength exercises” A brisk walk in the fantastic surroundings with stops for strength, pulse peaks, mobility and balance.
08.30 – 09.30 Breakfast buffet
09.30 – 10.15 Inspirational lecture
From career at 30, burnt out at 40 — to strong from the inside out before 50 Jenny talks and inspires in a personal way about her journey. About health, self-leadership and the courage to go your own way — from 25 years as an employee to today running the two million-dollar companies – Hej Vardag and POW.
10.30 – 11.15 Rubber band workout Katja
We work with whole rubber bands in a pleasurable way, inspired by the moveoo method. A full body workout that suits everyone because you regulate the resistance yourself. During this workout we work in pairs and use long rubber bands.
10.30 – 11.15 Tabata cardio with Jenny
High-intensity cardio training in short, but effective intervals.
11.30 – 12.30 Mobility with Jenny
Mobility training in workshop format where you will not only learn several useful exercises to take home, but also gain an understanding of how mobility and strength are related. We will focus extra on the hips, back and shoulders and work with our own body and our surroundings. A nice end to the weekend.
11.30 – 12.30 Endurance with Katja
Running combined with various strength exercises performed in the beautiful forest trails. A peaceful way to move and makes the usual run more playful and lively. Intervals, hills, strength and team exercises – anything can happen out in nature. A tough and wonderful end to the weekend.
12.40 – 13.00 End with lunch
At Vår Gård we train both indoors and outdoors. Most sessions are held in our bright and spacious training rooms, while others take place in the courtyard or in the surrounding nature where the sea and the archipelago environment become a natural part of the experience.
When the day's training is over, delicious meals, pleasant conversations and time for recovery await. Perhaps a visit to the sauna or a refreshing swim from the dock appeals to you? Our generous social areas also create great opportunities to socialize, relax and get to know other participants.
After two eventful days, many return home with new energy, training inspiration and several new acquaintances. We look forward to welcoming you to a training weekend where both body and mind get their due.
TaudienTraining has been arranging training trips and training weekends with a focus on the joy of movement, quality and community since 2013. Their philosophy is based on the idea that training should be inspiring, inclusive and developing – regardless of previous experience or level of ambition.
In addition to the training, the social experience is an important part of the concept. Many participants return year after year for the combination of professional instructors, great atmosphere and the opportunity to meet new people with the same interest in training and health.
Jenny is a CrossFit Level 2 coach with a passion for creating joy and development in training. With extensive experience in leadership and coaching, she has a unique ability to make participants feel safe, motivated and seen. Her classes are characterized by energy, variety and clear purpose, and always with joy at the center.
Katja is a highly regarded instructor with extensive experience in group training and a particular passion for Piloxing. Her workouts combine energy, strength and playfulness, and she is known for creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where participants dare to challenge themselves and have fun along the way.
