Yin Yoga – a more passive and quiet form of yoga that focuses on working the body's connective tissue instead of muscles. Positions are held longer to gently stretch the body and allow more time to focus. Yin symbolizes passivity and stillness and comes from the Chinese philosophy of Yin & Yang, where Yang is the opposite and means mobility and activity.

Hatha Yoga – the more classic form of yoga that consists of various physical positions combined with breathing exercises. Hatha means "effort" or "power".

Hatha Flow – is a class with an emphasis on body movement and breathing at a slower pace than Hatha flow. Here you get time to find breathing and movement in the present in a controlled way. We finish with deep relaxation, which makes you feel calm but at the same time filled with new energy.

Slow Flow – is a quiet and meditative form of yoga where the movements are performed at a calm and flowing pace. It focuses on synchronizing the breath with the movements to create a sense of harmony and presence in the body. In slow flow yoga, each position is held for longer periods to promote deep relaxation, muscle strength and flexibility.

We have several different yoga classes during the week. Book a class that suits you and let our experienced instructors lead you through a physical and relaxing session for the whole body. Yoga as a form of exercise

During a yoga class, the focus is on being present in the present and connecting both mind, body and soul to become one with the outside world. Our experienced instructors adapt the class according to level and needs, where the whole body gets a review of both mental and physical training. Perfect for when you need to relax a stressed mind and soften tense muscles.
