LECTURER RITVA KARLSTRÖM
has worked with organizational, group, leadership and employee development since 1989 and is currently responsible for Arbinger Institute Sweden where she works with both private and public organizations. She has experience of strategic, organizational and human-oriented issues from over 50 organizations in different industries. Ritva is a qualified civil engineer with additional studies in psychology, organizational development and behavior.




THE ORGANIZATION:

Shorter lectures - A lecture lasts about 1-2 hours and is adapted to the group. Usually, reviews are alternated with discussions, examples and application to one's own business. The length of the lecture affects the degree of interaction. There are several themes to choose from.



Workshops - For a more in-depth understanding of interpersonal interaction and a we-oriented attitude, workshops are also arranged in the form of half-days that can be combined into full days. Here, the focus is on interaction in the form of exercises both individually and in groups that are applied to one's own work situation. The aim is to provide tools and methods for moving from a me-oriented attitude to a we-oriented attitude that leads to increased efficiency and better results.
