THOMAS DE MING has 35 years of experience as a creative process manager and concept developer with innovative clients from many different domains, sectors and industries.
MADELENE SEGERTOFT has more than 20 years of experience as a process manager and supporting organizations in change. Trained in change management at the Gestalt Academy.
THE LAYOUT:
We meet before the conference in our digital world (requires no installation, is intuitive and gives a spatial feeling) and co-create the design of your conference so that it has a chance to meet you right where you are. Together we identify where we should focus when we meet again in Vår Gård 's sensory-rich environment. We ensure that the conference is about what can make a positive difference for you.
Once at Vår Gård we will use the environment as an enabling amplifier. It can be art, garden architecture, forest and rocks if the weather permits, as well as various visual thinking tools. We "capture memories" of the dialogue during the workshop and then we meet afterwards in our digital world. Here we hand over and show you how you can make use of all the wisdom you have co-created during your stay at Vår Gård .
