Information & conditions

Availability
Check-in at the hotel rooms takes place at 15.00 at the earliest and check-out at 09.00 at the latest.
Meeting rooms may be used between 08.00 and 17.00 unless otherwise agreed.

Food & beverage
Only Vår Gård Saltsjöbaden's beverage and food services may be used.

Special diet
We want to provide a fantastic dining experience for all our guests. Let us therefore take part in your special diet so that we can create the best meal based on individual needs. We offer the following special diets: vegetarian meal, vegan meal, gluten-free, lactose-free, milk protein-free, meal for diabetics and various allergies.
If you want a special diet in addition to these or order a special diet on site, a cost of SEK 200 per day is added.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing. In case of cancellation later than four weeks before the first day of the arrangement, the customer must reimburse Vår Gård Saltsjöbaden with 100% of the value of the order. In case of cancellation of part of the order, the compensation shall refer to the canceled part.

Payment
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in accordance with the order. If the participants are to pay something separately, this must be approved by Vår Gård Saltsjöbaden. If a participant does not attend the ordered meal, this does not entail the right to a reduction in the price. Payment must be made according to agreement. If an agreement has been reached regarding payment against an invoice, the customer must issue full payment within 20 days from the date of the invoice. If the payment deadline is exceeded, Vår gård Saltsjöbaden has the right to charge late payment interest from the due date with the applicable reference interest rate with an addition of eight percentage points.
In case of individual invoicing, an invoicing fee of SEK 150 per invoice is added.
