We are now looking for waiters with experience from á la carte who like to create fantastic guest experiences and are driven by sales. You will serve both our conference guests during meetings and events as well as our private guests at the hotel.

Vacant service in the restaurant
In the long term, you will primarily serve our guests in our new Restaurant Skärtofta, which will open in the fall of 2023. Here, a fine tasting menu will be offered in a beautiful turn-of-the-century environment with a view of the sea. Our focus is always on well-prepared and healthy food from locally produced, seasonal ingredients. As a server at Vår Gård you will work with a wonderful team that puts the guest in focus and creates many happy return visits.
Qualifications and characteristics:
- You have a few years of experience in á la carte serving.
- Strong sense of service and guest experience.
- You are driven by sales and results.
- You have a great interest in food and drink.
- If you have experience as a sommelier or good knowledge of drinks, it is advantageous.
- If you have experience with cash register systems similar to Trivec and the booking system Hotsoft, this is advantageous
Duties:
- Serving á la carte and conference meals.
- Serving at events and functions.
- Management of cash register systems and table reservations.
Terms:
- We are looking for service staff full-time, but also extra if needed.
- You work on a rolling schedule, days, evenings and weekends.
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, starting as agreed.
- Salary according to agreement.
- Collective agreements exist.
