Work-Life wellbeing also called Work-Life Balance - The ability to balance work and private life in a sustainable way.

    WORK-LIFE WELLBEING

Work-life balance is a challenge for many people today and it is very much an issue for both the individual and the organization. Employees who feel good at and outside of work are an investment, while the reverse often ends in costly sick leave, major loss of production and a lot of suffering for the affected person.
By employers, managers and leaders actively raising and taking responsibility for aspects such as stress, psychosocial work environment issues and recovery, employees are given better opportunities to manage their own work-life challenges themselves, which leads to increased well-being, higher satisfaction and fewer sick days.
