Brunch is served in Bistron & Köket, our main restaurant with a relaxed, French bistro feel. Here you will be greeted by a cozy environment near the sea, with large windows and a terrace that opens up to the magnificent view of Baggensfjärden. The combination of nature, architecture and thoughtfulness in every detail creates a place to enjoy.
Our Mother's Day Brunch is a generous and carefully composed buffet. It is based on all the best from our popular breakfast buffet, complemented by a selection of tasty additions.
There is something for everyone here, from bagels and fresh salads to a delicious selection of seafood such as cold and hot smoked salmon and smoked shrimp. You will also find cold cuts and cheeses, hot dishes such as American pancakes, omelets, poor knights and chicken drumsticks, as well as seasonal items such as asparagus with poached eggs. The brunch ends with a well-stocked dessert buffet from our own bakery.
