Our barbecue buffet is a celebration of seasonal ingredients, with a focus on local and organic produce. Our chefs prepare the dishes with care and passion, guaranteeing the highest quality and taste. The kitchen moves out onto the terrace and offers, among other things, grilled herb-stuffed lamb tenderloin, crispy vegetables from our own farm and juicy Swedish chicken, all prepared with consideration for both the environment and quality. Finish with a classic rhubarb pie with custard while you look out over sparkling Baggensfjärden – a relaxed, rustic and beautiful experience you will never forget.
