Launch of new meeting design in 2022

2022 marked a milestone when the launch of Vår Gård's new meeting design for was introduced. A unique initiative where Vår Gård becomes more than just a place for meetings but also an active partner in the development of companies. By collaborating with experienced coaches and inspiring lecturers, added value is offered for each customer to create success and development from the inside out.

A meeting format with strong values

This newly created meeting design is based on Vår Gård 's deep corporate culture, where strong values such as sustainability, inclusive approaches and responsibility towards the world around us have always been in focus. Carefully selected actors in areas such as leadership development, communication and mental training offer customers the opportunity to take part in new tools and insights during their meetings at Vår Gård . The goal is to create good conditions for both guests and corporate customers to develop, both as individuals and as a group, during their conferences at Vår Gård .

Lecture Festival

To celebrate and highlight this exciting venture, Vår Gård established an annual Lecture Festival. A day where selected customers are invited to a full day of tastings from partners' repertoires through inspiring lectures and workshops. A unique opportunity to showcase the commitment and passion that permeates Vår Gård 's new platform in meeting design.
The first festival took place on June 19 and was the starting point for many new relationships and future partners.
