Here we have created a homely environment with a focus on harmony through stripped-back modern design. With natural materials such as leather, walnut and textiles in earthy tones, the atmosphere becomes warm and inviting.

The room is built as a studio in an open plan with a large table for 8 people and a site-built bookshelf along the back wall. The shelf and table are locally made by KFK carpentry, which creates unique furniture of high quality. The beautiful sideboard comes from Zanat, a design company from the small village of Konjic in Bosnia-Herzegovina that, with a long artisanal tradition, focuses on universal sustainability. Zanat can also be seen at the National Museum in Stockholm for its genuine craftsmanship. Genuine wood only becomes more beautiful with age and provides a long durability.


Harald is named after the Cooperative Association's first study leader Harald Elldin, who was principal at Vår Gård from 1924-59. He allowed people to experience aesthetics, art and culture alongside efficiency and sales and believed that we would do a better job if we felt a meaning, a context and a connection to history.

Harald is suitable for smaller groups who want an exclusive experience in a private and secluded environment. The room always includes fruit and coffee, but it is also possible to have both lunch and dinner served here as an extra bonus. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa area with a TV and sound system. There are board games, a wine cooler and an espresso machine available. Perfect for mingling and relaxing. Why not have a drink tasting as an activity or order your own bar with a drink of your choice? A flexible room with many possibilities that is just as suitable for a daily conference as for an evening event.
