Of course, a paddle and life jacket are included when you rent from us. We also recommend that you paddle with someone else if you are not experienced. Please stay relatively close to land, so that it is not too far to swim if you fall in. Also be careful with your life jacket. It is important to think about safety when you are out on the water.
Remember that the right-hand rule applies out on the water and that you, as a paddler, have the duty to give way to anything that is motorized.
