LECTURER RITVA KARLSTRÖM
has worked with organizational, group, leader and employee development since 1989 and is today responsible for Arbinger Institute Sweden where she works with both private and public businesses.




She has experience in strategic, organizational and people-oriented issues from over 50 businesses in various industries. Ritva is a civil engineer with additional studies in psychology, organizational development and behaviour. THE LAYOUT:

Shorter lectures - A lecture lasts about 1-2 hours and is adapted to the group.



Briefings are usually interspersed with discussions, examples and application to one's own business. The length of the lecture affects the degree of interaction. There are several themes to choose from. Workshops - For a more in-depth understanding of interpersonal interaction and a we-oriented approach, workshops are also organized in the form of half days that can be combined into full days.
Here the focus is on interaction in the form of exercises both individually and in groups that are applied to one's own work situation. The purpose is to provide tools and methods to move from an I-oriented attitude to a we-oriented attitude that leads to increased efficiency and better results.
