    LECTURER KRISTINA PERSSON is a licensed mental trainer and stress coach through SLH (Scandinavian Management University) and has worked with mental training in Stockholm for the past 10 years. In her work, she has added an extra dimension of EI (emotional intelligence) for performing companies, through Present Mental Training. This creates sustainability and development for all parties, both people and companies. She has also written the book Mental Eco-Driving which makes you look at stress from a new energy perspective - our source of power and inner engine.

    ABOUT THE LECTURE:

    Everyone knows today how training, sleep, diet, stress affect us, unfortunately few live as we teach. Kristina wants to change this through an inspiring, research-based and reflective lecture. Through Present Mental Training you learn to unwind when we are going to perform and unwind when the opportunity arises. This is to save energy so that we reach our goals faster and become more sustainable. The lecture takes two hours and is suitable for all types of companies and groups that want to improve self-leadership and build winning teams.
