Ingredients - 4 servings
- 1 butternut squash, about 1 kg
- Rapeseed or olive oil
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1/2–1 dl pumpkin seeds (from the pumpkin or purchased)
- 1-2-3-team: 1 dl vinegar spirit, 12%, 2 dl granulated sugar, 3 dl water
- 5 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp juniper berries
- 700 g fallow deer fillet
- Butter for frying
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 dl red wine
- 2 tbsp concentrated game stock
