Bring comfortable clothes for the weather and an extra layer so you can stay still without freezing.
Good shoes for terrain as we will be walking on hilly ground.

ORIGIN & PURPOSE
The concept of Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku was developed in Japan as early as the 1980s and became a method for curing the increased stress in society. Demands for increased performance in work and everyday life as well as staying in stressful environments contributed to poorer health such as stress, insomnia and imbalance in the body. Not entirely unlike how we live today. To solve this public health problem, the authorities created a health program that included the peaceful activity of forest bathing. In recent years, the method has become increasingly recognized as both a preventive and healing method against, for example, stress.

FOREST BATHING ON VÅR GÅRD
During a guided tour with forest bathing guide Susanna Bävertoft, we take you out into the scenic surroundings, away from the street environment and the pace of the city. When we slow down and take in nature and the tranquility, our senses open up to new living scents and sounds. A moment of undemanding recovery during the conference day gives you time to recharge and experience something new. A forest bath often creates new perspectives, reflection and creativity.

If desired, the activity can end with a reflective discussion and weave in your values ​​or core values ​​to make the forest bath more unique to your company. An opportunity to talk about the soft values ​​in a relaxed and open state. Prepare with us in advance.
