Welcome to a new season and future

Now its time. Now we open up after the summer holidays and look forward to an exciting and new season. The tough and uncertain spring brought with it many challenges, but also many opportunities. A big change was made in a strong headwind and if it were not for our lovely guests and tirelessly determined employees, we might not have been able to make it. And we will move forward despite whirlwinds and flying timber.

Speaking of flying timber, we are currently in an ongoing rebuilding and renovation to make room for a new bakery and wine café at the entrance. We long to welcome all guests again and open the doors a little in advance already on Monday 31 August. Then it's fine to peek a little and greet the staff or maybe sit down and work in the updated conference lounge upstairs. Bakery and Vincafé will be ready on September 11 and then the first Family Dinner of the season will also be served. Keep an eye out for new menus and updates on the website and fun inspiration in our social media.

Autumn offers lots of news and surprises and we feel very tagged and inspired.
You will meet both old acquaintances and new faces in the house. Among other things, we have a new Food & Beverage Manager in Liam Ginnane who, with long experience and a star restaurant behind him, will offer exciting food experiences in the future. We will also have our sweet cravings satisfied by our new bakery manager Josefine Baumman, who together with our strong bakery team will lift the bakery to new modern heights. When all these new taste experiences await, it is lucky that we will build an outdoor gym. Body and health also need to get a round, not just the soul. Yes, we are very expectant of what lies ahead and hope to share the journey with all our fantastic guests and employees. We keep Vår Gård alive together.
