Gain insight into how your brain works with Mcog

MCOG consists of coaches and consultants who are certified to use the Mcog method.
The method is based on research into metacognition "awareness and understanding of one's own thought processes". The MCOG method is about managing stress by differentiating how you think instead of what you think. Read more about Mcog here.

The workshop is divided into two parts.

The first part consists of an entertaining talk about how your brain works and the second is more interactive with exercises and practical training. Here you will learn the latest news about how we react under stress and what we can all do to reduce our anxiety. For larger groups, the workshop is offered in a lecture format.

Workshops and lectures are available in both Swedish and English.
