    LECTURER KRISTINA PERSSON is a licensed mental trainer and stress coach through SLH (Scandinavian School of Management) and has for the past 10 years worked with mental training in Stockholm.
    In her work, she has added an extra dimension EI (emotional intelligence) for performing companies, through Present, Mental Training. This creates sustainability and development for all parties, both people and companies.     Everyone today knows how exercise, sleep, diet, stress affect us, unfortunately few people live as we learn.


    Kristina wants to change this through an inspiring, research-based and reflective lecture. Through Present Mental Training, you learn to unwind when we are to perform and unwind when given the opportunity. This is to save energy so that we reach our goals faster and become more sustainable. The lecture takes two hours and is suitable for all types of companies and groups who want to become better at self-leadership and build winning teams.
