MERJA NIEMI has 20 years of experience as a manager and is today a trainer, coach and lecturer at Alénius & Partners.
Her focus areas are to increase understanding and provide the tools for HOW you can influence results via communication and HOW you in your role can lead yourself and others. She has trained and coached hundreds of managers to increase self-leadership and to become clearer MANAGERS, inspiring LEADERS and responsive and trusting COACHES.
