A business dinner at Villa Skärtofta is not like other dinners. Here we offer a well-composed tasting menu where each dish is a work of art in itself. With inspiration from Swedish and Italian cuisine, our chefs have put together a taste journey beyond the ordinary. Always with seasonal ingredients in focus and a passion for perfection.
Villa Skärtofta was built in 1897 as a private residence for industrialist John Bernström and his family. The large, stately salon with its library and orangery was the centerpiece for family days and certainly the occasional business deal. A visit here is like stepping over the threshold into the glory days of the 19th century where previous generations talked, dined and socialized.
For the utmost comfort and a private feel, our cozy Chambre Séparées are available for groups of 6-8 people. Please specify your wishes when booking.
THE LIBRARY
In the round library, you can sit down like knights around the round table for inclusive conversations. Surrounded by period furnishings and lots of old books and magazines from floor to ceiling. The atmosphere here is pleasantly intellectual.
THE ORANGERY
A cozy outdoor room inspired by French decadence. Painted stone walls, beautiful marble floors and long drapes create a harmonious atmosphere for pleasant conversations. Of course, with green plants and large arched windows for a genuine outdoor feeling.
Further into the house hides Tant Grön. A unique and modern cocktail bar connected to the restaurant that serves delicious drinks, good wines and tasteful avec. Here you will be greeted by an atmosphere with the scent of 20th century extravagance and today's stylish comfort. Feel free to start your business dinner with an aperitif or linger after the meal for a moment of reflection in a soft armchair.
