DEAR GUEST,
This is a letter full of gratitude and love. In a tough time that has affected the whole world, we as humans have really been put to the test. .We have lived and are living in a time of great social constraints, uncertainty and fear of the future. For us at Vår Gård , it has meant a completely new reality with empty premises and missed meetings. From one day to the next we were challenged to change completely to even be able to be open. It would not have happened without you.
You who have come by for a lunch or coffee in our cafe, or taken the family to a wonderful Friday dinner in the restaurant. All diligent students and homeworkers who have chosen to sit down on a sofa or room for a little mind and inspiration . Maybe you were out for a walk and took the opportunity to buy takeaway food for grandma or the neighbor who is not allowed to go out. You curious guests who peeked in to look at the art or just have a chat with the girls at the reception.
We let the house and employees get a much-needed rest during the high summer to get new energy before the start of autumn. Then we are ready with, among other things, a new restaurant and lots of exciting news. Thank you very much for visiting us and welcome back.
Thanks to your visits , Vår Gård has been kept alive and spread joy and hope in all of us employees. We have been able to continue with what we love most, to create sustainable experiences for you as a guest. UNow we are approaching the summer's unplanned holidays and hope that we can all find ways to enjoy. Discover our beautiful nature and archipelago environment with a cooling dip and picnic.
