As part of the development and restructuring after the pandemic, the first part of Villa Skärtofta 's transformation into a fine dining pub is now being realized. A new exclusive cocktail bar moves in behind the old dining room and becomes part of the grand salon. The bar is named Tant Grön and brings to mind Elsa Beskow's fairy tale from the turn of the century. A dream comes true.

The vision of Tant Grön
Tant Grön forms a central part of Vår Gård 's new restaurant concept, which is planned to take place in the magnificent turn-of-the-century villa Skärtofta. The idea is to offer a cocktail bar that brings to mind the Roaring Twenties and the building's old glory days. Guests get a memorable experience in the inspirational "Downton Abbey" spirit.
Located on the lake side of the house, the bar offers a panoramic view of the bay and has a tasteful modern design with warm muted green tones with touches of brass and leather. Tant Grön also has its own entrance and terrace facing the sea. In the green slope below the terrace, an oasis with inspiration from English gardens and parks is planned in the long run.
The drink menu at Tant Grön is carefully composed by Vår Gård 's bartender to meet the taste buds of the most discerning guest. Unique signature cocktails based on the flavors of the season come together with classic favorites.
