A new exclusive cocktail bar moves in behind the old dining room and becomes part of the grand salon. The vision of Tant Grön
Tant Grön is a central part of Vår Gård 's new restaurant concept, which is planned to take place in the grand turn-of-the-century villa Skärtofta. The idea is to offer a modern cocktail bar in an elegant environment with inspiration from the roaring 20s and the building's old glory days.
Located on the lakeside of the house, the bar offers a panoramic view of the bay and has a tasteful modern design with warm muted tones in green with touches of brass and leather. Tant Grön also has its own entrance and terrace facing the sea. In the long term, an oasis inspired by English gardens and parks is planned on the green slope below the terrace.
The drink menu at Tant Grön is carefully composed by Vår Gård 's bar master to meet the taste buds of the most discerning guest. Unique signature cocktails based on seasonal flavors are combined with classic favorites. Everything is carefully thought out to follow the kitchen's food philosophy without compromising on playfulness and creativity. Tant Grön
opened on September 9, 2022 and is currently open Monday - Saturday. A must in conjunction with dinner or for a relaxed afterwork.
