Together with our guides you will have a safe and fun experience among the treetops. The courses are adapted to different levels and are suitable for both beginners and more daring climbers. The activity strengthens courage, builds community and offers lots of laughter in a forest environment.

The activity takes place at the Adventure Park in Älta , about 20 minutes by car from Vår Gård in Saltsjöbaden . You get there on your own – either by car or public transport.

When you book the high-altitude course through Vår Gård you can choose between different levels – regardless of whether you are a beginner or a more experienced climber:
Low courses – for younger people and families
For those of you who want a milder challenge and have children aged 7–12, we recommend the Sanda course area, with two green/blue courses. Here you will find 25 fun moments and no less than 5 ziplines – perfect for both children and adults who want to have fun together at a safe height.
Price: 300 SEK/person – 2-hour experience
High courses – for adventurers
For those of you who want the maximum challenge and have some experience, there are our two red and one black course. Here you will be met with higher altitudes, longer obstacles and fast ziplines – an adrenaline-filled experience for the brave!
Price: 500 SEK/person – 3-hour experience
